I found a central location very convenient. The menu for evening dinner was fabulous, it provided a great experience. The spa was also superb, it delivered a relaxing time.

the staff provided clean linen and kept the room very clean. i appreciate the welcome cocktail and appetizers, it was tasty.

i found the general decor in the common areas felt a bit outdated.

I appreciated the hotel's attention to detail. The bathroom had many toiletries. It even included a shaving kit. The room featured a modern design. Private parking was available, very convenient for my rental car. The staff was friendly, and they provided great service.

The room key felt heavy, like an anchor, it could use an update to a key card.

i choose the double or twin room for my stay! the location is super. it is very close to the train station and buses. i enjoy walking to the funicolare too. a welcome drink was really nice. staff were helpful. it.

the price felt high for just a normal hotel! there's no fridge and no coffee available in the room. that surprise me alot for the price i pay. the room keys feels huge. they should update it to key cards. i think it is average.

The hotel is located centrally near multiple restaurants. I found the location perfect for exploring. A welcome drink was a great bonus.

My room faced the street and I could hear the traffic clearly. This made sleep a little difficult. I suggest better soundproofing.
